To get a copy of the WTutor program:

   The WTutor program is a Windows program, and tutorzip.zip is a compressed
   subdirectory, created by Windows, and contains WTutor and its' data files.
   You will need a program, like PKzip or Winzip, or Windows' Extraction Wizard
   to unzip it.

   Needs about 448K of space. Unzips to about 1MB. For information about system
